Material deductions: Truck payments calculated from truck price and down payment. $40/week ELD logbook; $40/week occupational accident insurance; $35/week IFTA, permits and administration; $5/week Drivewyze/toll services. Reefer trailer alternative: $200/week. KY, NY, NM, OR and CT permit charges are determined at quarter end. Escrow: $250/week for 10 weeks ($2,500 total); less-experienced drivers approved by all departments: $500/week for 10 weeks ($5,000 total). Bobtail/physical damage insurance: 5% of truck cost (billing basis needs confirmation), or $0 with own coverage. If needed annually: $2,200 license plate registration, March renewal; $550-$2,290 highway taxes, June renewal. Three-month contract with two weeks notice. During vacation, return the truck to headquarters to avoid charges regardless of original pickup location. On termination, return the truck to headquarters in Burr Ridge, Illinois; another location carries a $2,000 charge. Lost fuel card replacement: $10. Use the carrier-supplied fuel card weekly at preferred locations; stated non-use fine: $500.

Opportunity details

Standard split: 80% driver / 20% company PGR. Lost fuel card replacement: $10. Use the carrier-supplied fuel card weekly at preferred locations; stated non-use fine: $500. Driver provides a road GPS; purchase through the parts store is available. Approval-only alternative: 88% driver / 12% company, cargo liability $400 (billing interval must be confirmed), dry van $200/week or reefer $400/week. This alternative requires separate approval and is not the standard 80% plan.

Benefits: Cargo liability insurance, safety and compliance services, dispatch with after-hours support, accounting services, orientation and training.
Bonuses: Up to $200 travel credit after at least one month on the road. Owner operator and lease detention/layover compensation is based on a percentage of the collected amount; the company-driver hourly policy does not apply.
