Opportunity details

Choose either the CPM plan (up to $0.75/mile) or 30% of gross; these are alternative pay plans, not combined earnings. Paid mileage is measured with PC*Miler rather than GPS. The solo performance standard is at least 2,500 miles/week; can be discussed with recruiter.

Bonuses
Up to $200 travel credit after at least one month on the road. Detention/layover requires notice on entering the two-hour detention window and POD in/out times. Based on appointment times, not arrival times, case dependent. After the first three hours: $18/hour up to $150, then treated as a layover. Avoidable lateness or delays due to driver performance are excluded.
Orientation
A road GPS is required. A unit can be purchased at orientation and deducted from pay. Up to $200 travel credit is available after at least one month on the road.

Maintain a safety-first record, professional conduct and reliable on-time performance.
